三、性能及特点：

1、仪器采用进口Pt100玻璃温度传感器检测油样温度，使温度传感器与玻璃温度计具有相似的温度敏感度，检测到的油样温度与玻璃温度计读数基本一致；

2、采用电脑和单片机混合控制，全中文操作界面，电脑屏幕实时显示蒸馏全过程(包括蒸馏温度、体积曲线图、时间综合曲线图、量筒室温度、加热功率、回收体积、初馏点至终馏点间所需点的温度、工作时间等参数。结果可根据大气压大小自动换算。

3、采用进口炉丝，热惯性小，加热调节灵敏；采用的石英玻璃炉盖，热效率高。

4、采用特制玻璃量筒和特制玻璃烧瓶，保证了量筒的测量精度，减少了因不同烧瓶之间的差异造成的操作麻烦和测量误差。激光自动跟踪量筒体积，灵敏高，精确度准确。

5、采用金属恒温浴，无需循环液，进口压缩机制冷，升降温速度快，温度均匀。故障少，寿命长。

Iii. Performance and Characteristics:

1. The instrument adopts imported Pt100 glass temperature sensor to detect the oil sample temperature, so that the temperature sensor has similar temperature sensitivity to the glass thermometer, and the detected oil sample temperature is basically consistent with the reading of the glass thermometer;

2. The whole distillation process (including distillation temperature, volume curve diagram, time curve diagram, measuring chamber temperature, heating power, recovered volume, temperature and working time between the initial and final distillation point, etc.) is displayed on the computer screen in real time. The result can be automatically converted according to atmospheric pressure.

3. Imported furnace wire, small thermal inertia, sensitive heating adjustment; Adopt unique quartz glass furnace cover, high thermal efficiency.
